Catarina Kruusval (inset photo) born 1951 in Halmstad, but grew up in Gothenburg, where she lives and works. She studied at the Art Industrial School (HDK) Advertising and graphic line in Gothenburg and was finished in 1975th After graduation, she and family (she has three grown children and now a number of grandchildren) and for many years, she freelanced as an illustrator. She has also worked as a decoration manager at a department store, worked as an instructor in drawing and watercolor painting as well as in libraries.
